  1. Mushroom Paneer Tikki

    (Makes 5-7)
    Ingredients
    1 Cup Mushroom Chopped
    1/2 Cup Scrambled Paneer
    1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
    2-3 Boiled Potatoes
    1 Onion Chopped
    2-3 Tbsp Cornflour
    1 Tbsp Green Chillies Chopped
    1 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
    1 Tbsp Chilliflakes
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    Oil for pan frying
    Salt to taste

    🔸Add 2Tbsp oil in a pan and add garlic , onion and sauté it for 30 seconds.
    🔸Further add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until the water evaporates.
    🔸Remove and transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down for sometime.
    🔸Add mashedpotatoes, scrambled paneer, bread crumbs, chilli flakes, green chillies, oregano, cornflour, salt as per your taste and mix thoroughly.
    🔸Shape the tikkis into whatever size you prefer.
    🔸Heat enough oil in a skillet and fry until it becomes golden brown.
    🔸Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup 🤗
